2. Step 2:
Hatchery: GLOBALGAP standard is implemented, with the area of 10 hectares to provide 30-40 million baby fishes annually. The parents are tagged to identify and manage a very strict process of reproduction. A number of baby fishes are enough to provide breeding areas of the company and suppliers of raw materials signed the contract with Sohafood.

3. Step 3:
Pond: Breeding area of raw materials is over 32ha. It has being implemented by the standards of GLOBALGAP provided about 15,000 tons of fish per year. In addition, the company also partnered with farmers in the standard region of GLOBAL to ensure cleaned materials without the antibiotic for the factory.
Water in the pond will be deposited sediment by natural ponds and waste water is in the same situation, then giving the outside.

4. Step 4:
Processing factory: Production capacity is 70 tons of materials per day (equivalent to 28 tons of finished products per day) for two workshops.
Sohafood is currently applied by the quality management system according to the standards: HACCP IFS (Ver.5) BRC (issue 5); ISO 9001:2000; & ISO 22000:2005; HALLA.

Production Process:
The products are processed with the closed system from cultivation to the finished level to ensure in accordance with international standards. The equipment and machinery is maintaining and upgrading to make out the quality products.
